A message from our founder
My name is Cayce The Frey and I am a lover of self care. I created this company to give people the self care tools I love and use every single day. My absolute belief is that self care is truly the best care anyone can give. I know I am the best version of me when I care for myself! My closest friends and even strangers often remarked on how well I took care of myself. I would often get asked how do you remain so happy, calm and positive about everything? My response: I had a dynamic morning of self care and on my days off I dedicate my time and energy to truly caring for myself. When explaining what that entailed, they would say “wow I wish I had time for that”. I realized that people around me so desperately wanted to take better care of themselves, but couldn’t find the time and had no idea how to even start. When I realized how simple it seemed to me I decided I wanted to share my techniques with everyone. Starting each day by getting into a luxury robe, journaling and slowly breathing while thinking positive thoughts are the key components of my practice. I knew anyone could use these tools to begin their own self care journey and so my company was born. I created this company in hopes that you too can discover the incredible power of practicing self care, DAILY.
