  • We do not offer order cancellation once an order is placed.

    You can cancel your membership at anytime. Please note membership cancellations will be counted on the first day of the next calendar month.

  • At this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Please use the Contact Us page to contact us immediately after receiving your order. Each item passes through a meticulous multi-step inspection process. If you order arrives damaged and is returned within 48hrs of receipt we offer a one time exchange on products that are unused and unworn.

  • Memberships can pause and resume at anytime. You will be charged for the month you sign up. If you cancel mid month and sign up again in the same month, you will be charged for the the month as if you are a new member.

  • A restocking fee and return delivery charges will be deducted from your original payment method.

  • We have a multi step in-house and 3rd party order confirmation/verification process that verifies each order and it’s contents. In the event you receive the wrong items, within 48 hours of your order delivery please use the Contact Us page to contact us immediately and show pictures of your order as it was received.

  • Please be very careful when placing your order and verify in full detail the address house, street and unit number. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.
